- Service. MIRBAT provides stable-management and professional-marketplace software. During the current phase, all payment, payout, payroll-transfer, identity-verification, SMS and push integrations run in TEST MODE: the app records money movements as ledger entries but moves no real money and performs no live identity checks. Test-mode state is labelled in-product.
- Accounts. One person per account; accurate information; you are responsible for your credentials and for enabling two-factor where offered. Facility roles and permissions are granted by facility owners/admins through invitations — never self-granted.
- Facilities. Facility owners are responsible for the accuracy of facility data, for staff they invite, for salary/payroll records they enter, and for compliance with local employment and animal-welfare law. Animal data belongs to the facility (tenant).
- Marketplace. Bookings, service plans, invoices and ratings are agreements between the parties. HoofBeat Technology is not a party to those transactions and (in the current phase) processes no payment for them. Ratings require completed, settled transactions; one rating per direction.
- Acceptable use. No impersonation, harassment, false verification claims, scraping, circumvention of permissions, or interference with other tenants. See the Conduct Policy.
- Content. You retain rights in what you upload and grant HoofBeat Technology the license needed to operate the service. You must have the right to share what you upload.
- Verification signals describe exactly what was verified (e.g. "identity verified — TEST"). They are not endorsements or guarantees.
- Moderation & enforcement. HoofBeat Technology may restrict accounts per the Conduct Policy; moderation actions are logged. Disputes between users over marketplace transactions follow the Dispute & Refund Policy.
- Payments, cancellation & refunds. MIRBAT Core is free. Paid subscriptions and AI credit packs, and any Auto Care service payment when that product launches, are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy at https://hoofbeat.app/refunds, which forms part of these Terms. It states how to cancel a renewal, when a payment is refunded, and what a purchase made through an app store is subject to instead. Nothing in it removes a right you have under the consumer protection law of State of Qatar.
- Termination & deletion. You may delete your account in-app (7-day cooling-off; retention schedule applies). HoofBeat Technology may suspend accounts for material breach.
- Disclaimers. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. (A limitation-of-liability clause has not been drafted and is deliberately absent rather than guessed at; its absence favours you, not us.)
- Changes. Material changes notified in-app with effective dates.
